Liebe Musik Freud,
Die zarten, poesievollen Klänge der Träumerei von Schumann sollen Ihnen einen ersten Eindrück von den musikalischen Möglichkeiten des Hohner Pianets ergeben. Wir stellen Ihnen damit ein neues mechanisch-elektronisches Tasteninstrument aus dem Hause Hohner vor, das in Verbindung mit einem Rundfunkgerät oder einem anderen Verstärker alle Klangeigenschaften eines modernen Musikinstruments für die Haus- und Schulmusik aufweist. Sein Ton Umfang reicht vom contra F bis zum dreigestrichenden F. Die Grundklangfarbe des Pianets hat einen romantischen ja fast einen impressionistichen Charakter. In der nunfolgenden Kleinen Studie aus dem Album für die Jugend, ebenfalls von Schumann, verbindet sich romantischer Ausdruck mit impressionistichen Harfenklängen.
Das schönste Erlebnis in der Hausmusik ist bekanntlich das Zusammenmusizieren. Wie gut sich das Pianet als Begleit oder auch Continuo Instrument eignet, hören Sie eine Menuett aus der französischen Barockmusik. Als Solo Instrument erklingt die Hohner Melodica.
Von ganz besonderem klanglichen Reiz ist das Pianet L. Es unterscheidet sich vom Pianet C dadurch daß Verstärker und Lautsprecher im Instrument eingebaut sind. Sollt Ihr doch einmal die Lautstärker für größere Räume nicht ausreichen kann an der dafür gesehenden Anschlußbuchse ein weiterer Verstärker angeschlossen werden. Der Klang des Pianet L ist zart und hell, während das Pianet C dünkel und sonor klingt. Als Klangbeispiel auf dem Pianet L nun ein kleines Minuett und danach das Thema der F dur Sonate von Haydn.
Ein großer Vorteil alle mechanisch-elektronischen Hohner Instrumente liegt in der Möglichkeit das eigene Spiel über einen Kopfhörer abzuhören. Damit macht sich der Musizierende mit seinem Instrument völlig unabhängig von Räumlichen Gegebenheiten. Und vor allem es kann zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit musiziert werden ohne das der Nachbar gestirt wird. Ein kleines Volkslied beschließ nun die Klangbeispiele der Hausmusik auf dem Hohner Pianet.

Zum modernen Instrument die moderne Tanzmusik. Ob im Ensemble oder als Soloinstrument, das Hohner Pianet ist eine interessante Bereicherung des Dressinstrumentariums und stellt mit seinen Effekten jeder Musiker dankbare Aufgaben zu Entwicklung eines neuen Sounds.
Nach diesen "Piraten-Blues" ein langsamer Foxtrot "Laß mich nie mit dir allein." Sie hören, wie auch in dem vorherigen Stück, das Pianet C mit eine Rhythmusgruppe.
Das Pianet ist wegen seine Exakten Ton Ansprache besonders gut für Latein-Amerikanische Tänze geeignet, und darum für die Freunde der Heißenrhythmen Südamerikas, ein Mambo.
Das Hohner Pianet L ist ein sehr kleines, zierliches Hausmusik Instrument, eignet sich aber mit seinem Charakteristisch hellem Klang ebenso gut zum Swing wie auch zum Sweet.
Ein leicht beschwingter Gruß aus Paris im drei-vierter Takt lässt das Pianet L noch einmal solistisch erklingen.

Dear Music Friend,The delicate, poetry-filled sounds of Schumann's Träumerei [Kinderszenen, Op. 15, No. 7] should give you a first impression of the musical possibilities of the Hohner Pianet. With it, we introduce to you a new electro-mechanical keyboard instrument from Hohner that in combination with a radio apparatus or an-other amplifier has all of the sound qualities of a modern musical instrument for domestic and school music. Its note range stretches from contra F up to three-line F.
The fundamental timbre of the Pianet has a romantic almost an impressionistic character. In the following Kleinen Studie from the Album für die Jugend [Op. 68, No. 14], also by Schumann, romantic expression is combined with impressionistic harp sounds.
As everyone knows, the nicest experience in domestic music is playing together. In order to demonstrate how well-suited the Pianet is as an accompaniment or even a continuo instrument, you will hear a minuet from French Baroque music. The Hohner melodica plays as solo instrument.

The Pianet L is of very special tonal charm. It differs from the Pianet C in that the amplifier and loudspeaker are built into the instrument. But should you find the loudspeaker insufficient for bigger rooms, a further amplifier can be connected at the jack intended for this. The sound of the Pianet L is gentle and light, while the Pianet C sounds dark and sonorous. Now as a sound example on the Pianet L a short minuet and then the theme of the F major sonata by Haydn [Hob. XVI:23].
A great advantage of all electro-mechanical Hohner instruments lay in the possibility of listening to one's own playing over a pair of headphones. This way, the musician with his instrument is completely independent from spatial circumstances. And above all, music can be played at all times of day and night without a neighbor being disturbed. Now, a short folk song closes the sound examples of the domestic music on the Hohner Pianet.
Side Two
For the modern instrument, modern dance music. Whether in an ensemble or as a solo instrument, the Hohner Pianet is an interesting addition to performing instruments and with its effects provides every musicians with rewarding exercises for the development of a new sound.
After this "Pirate Blues," a slow foxtrot, "Never Leave Me Alone with You." You are hearing, as also in the previous piece, the Pianet C with a rhythm group.
Because of its precise tone response, the Pianet is especially well-suited for Latin-American dances, and therefore for the friends of the hot rhythms of South America, a mambo.
The Hohner Pianet L is a very small, delicate instrument for domestic music; however, with its characteristic bright sound, it's just as suitable for swing as for sweet.
A light, lively "Greeting from Paris" in three-four time lets the Pianet L sound solo once more.
And now the Pianet finale with "Chico-Chico-Cha-Cha-Cha"!
